Our Team
As a leader with over 25 years of experience, Keith specializes in organizational structure/development, change initiatives, long-range strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and generational alignment. He loves to help organizations make a plan for their future, implement that plan, and then see it through to fruition.
Michael specializes in improving results through customized training utilizing his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Continuous Improvement. He has successfully completed over 40 projects saving companies over $60M annually.
His experience includes Management Consulting, Lean Operations Coaching, Quality and Continuous Improvement, and Product, Process, and Machine Tool Design Engineering.

Tim brings a psychological edge to the Kannenberg Group. He is a trained psychologist specializing in temperament alignment. His work is extremely effective in team-building situations. He enjoys working with organizations to provide creative approaches that are both viable and sustainable.
Tonia brings with her 25+ years of experience in workforce training, talent acquisition, marketing strategy, and sales. Tonia is driven to educate, equip, and empower others by providing developmental training and personal coaching to those seeking to take their personal and professional lives to the next level. She is a US Army Reserve Veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, and Associates degree in Business Administration, certified in Women Entrepreneurship by Cornell University and Life Coaching by Transformation Academy.
Dr. Donald Knox is an educator, writer, and artist. He has worked with students, teachers, leaders, and families for over 25 years. His encouragement allows people from all levels of education and position to live up to the potential within them. His positive approach is honest and helpful to all who attend his sessions and meetings.
Raquel specializes in bilingual communication and is a dedicated team leader utilizing strong social skills that work well across multiple personality types. She has extended experience working within the manufacturing environment producing high-quality/quantity production, employee engagement enhancements, and inter-departmental cooperation. She embraces a team-centered focus that celebrates corporate achievement over individual accomplishments.
